Balloting ceremony for Ezzi Homes Project II was held on 14 Rajab 1441 / March 8, 2020 at Zaini Masjid. The event commenced under the sadarat of Janab Naeem Bs Burhani with Darees on the niyyat of Al-Dai Al-Ajal Syedna Hatim MohyuddinRA, Al-Dai Al-Ajal Syedna Taher SaifuddinRA and Al-Dai Al-Ajal Syedna Mohammed BurhanuddinRA.
Janab Naeem bs started with an introductory note on the vision of the project which is to provide sustainable and finest living experience.
The balloting was then conducted amongst the 76 mumineen who had registered beforehand for the 64 apartments that were made available i.e. 50% of the apartments. The balloting for remaining 50% apartments will be conducted in the second phase. For this phase, 10 Flats from “Type A”, 10 from “Type B”, 18 from “Type C”, 9 from “Type D” and 18 from “Type E” were made available.
The names of mumineen were called out according to the serial numbers which were given to them. And according to the sequence of their ballot, mumineen were given chance to select the flats of their choice.
All of the apartments made available were booked in the event.
Out of 130, 67 flats have been booked till date.
A total of 258 mumineen attended the event which was also aired live via YouTube.
